It is with profound sadness that we announce that Cornelia Hahn Oberlander, who the  called “the grande dame of landscape architecture,” passed away on May 22, 2021 in Vancouver, B.C. at the age of 99. Oberlander is the namesake of the Cornelia Hahn Oberlander International Landscape Architecture Prize, created by ������������ (������������), the subject of a ������������ Pioneers video oral history and was profiled in an  about the Oberlander Prize.

A funeral was held at the Temple Sholom Cemetery in Vancouver, B.C., which Cornelia designed, on Monday May 24, 2021. A  is available online.
